Up the traditional wooden staircase you will find the elegant bedroom, complete with a luxury king size solid oak bed and full height double doors opening to a Juliet balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space.
Also on the first floor is the premium bathroom, featuring a large walk in shower, WC and contemporary sink with stone countertop. A washing machine is provided for added convenience during longer stays.

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Entry is via secure self check in using a digital keypad. Your unique access code will be sent to you prior to arrival, allowing flexible check in at a time that suits you.
We want you to enjoy a relaxed and completely private stay. You will not be disturbed during your visit and are free to come and go as you please.

Please note the bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor and accessed via an internal staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The apartment is in a prime central New Town location. While the lane setting is relatively peaceful for such a central spot, some normal city noise may occasionally be heard.
The sofa bed is available for additional guests. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests so appropriate bedding can be prepared.
Check in and check out times must be respected to allow our professional cleaning team to prepare the apartment to a high standard for every guest. Early check in or late check out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Parking in Edinburgh New Town is primarily paid on street parking and is controlled by the council. Availability and charges are outside our control, so please check local signage before leaving your vehicle.
This is a professionally managed, licence compliant property. We kindly ask guests to respect the apartment and our neighbours at all times. Parties, events, smoking and unregistered guests are not permitted.
For security, your unique digital access code will be issued prior to arrival and changed after every stay.
